Polluant Pollué by Florence Douyrou

"Polluant Pollué" by Florence Douyrou

She  was born in Bayonne, in august, some years ago...After having done photography's studies at the ETPA in Toulouse, a short-term stay in Paris as a freelancer, she actually works in the Pays-Basque.As long as she  remembers, she has  always felt concerned about image... first weapons with Polaroid of this time weren't conclusive, but permit her  to experiment and discover  what always preoccupied her , the fascination to express a real vision, recomposed and subjective.Set up as an independent photographer since 1992, she did during some years many photographic orders which didn't leave a lot of place to her  own creation.Nevertheless she  had punctuated this period, by exposing and editing two books, one about jazz and the other about bullfighting. These last years she felt the need to express herself more intimately.Since less, she has  a particular interest to her  environment, sometime wonderful, often damaged and disrespected, but also unusual by its incongruity. That's what she wants us  to discover trough an intimate vision where imaginary doesn't exclude questioning.
